| Easily Beat Emerald Weapon with Lucky 7's!!!! |
| Put two materia's(Hp plus and underwater preferably)on each character and keep them healed with megalixers or fullcure magic.Attack until He/She uses Air Tram Storm ( make sure all characters in battle have max hp)and does 2222 damage to each character and leaving them with 7777( lucky 7's). After that they will all go into a rage of slashes doing 7777 damage ( I think ) and killing him after a while . Emerald will not attack during this period. | keep fighting in the battle arena until you get so much bp that you have omnislash and w-summon. equip them both with cloud. then after fighting a few battles, the lady at the counter will ask you if you want to try a special battle. say yes. if you win, you get final attack as a prize. | really easy way to beat ruby weapon |
| have all your characters equiped with a final attack and phoenix materia combonation, knights of the round w-summon , mime, and have all chracters equiped with a ribbon. next, kill off two of your players and head into battle with him, he will automaticly sink his claws into the ground and allowing damage to be done much easier. dont bother reviving your characters when you go into battle, ruby will sooner or later, kill your remaining charachter off and all of them will be revived, then start casting knights of the round twice and keep miming it. this will cause major damage to him and he will die fairly easily. | Unlimited items of any type! |
| This only works for consumable items (Potions, Ethers, Phoenix Downs, etc.) but it gets you unlimited items of that type. This works for any item that can be used in battle with the ITEM command, including Megalixirs, Chocobo Nuts, Chocobo Greens, items that cast spells, Turbo Ethers, Elixirs, etc. First, equip the W-Item Materia on one of your characters. You can find this Materia in the train tracks beneath Midgar when you return there - just head in the opposite direction that you are supposed to and after a VERY long while you will find it. Equip it (it's yellow) and get into a battle. W-Item lets you use two items in one turn in battle. Choose any item (like a potion or something) and press the Confirm button twice (default: O) to choose it as your first item. Then, go to the item you want to duplicate, press Confirm, then hit Cancel. You'll get a duplicate of that item. Keep repeating the process until you are satisfied with the number of items.
